PRODUCT SHIPPING

Shipping and/or handling fees are not included in the price and will be shown to you for your explicit acceptance before completing your purchase. 

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received, through various nationally and internationally recognized express courier companies with tracking numbers. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online. The delivery date to the user's address depends on the availability of the selected product and the shipping area, with the usual delivery time being 48 to 72 business hours for orders delivered on the Peninsula (which may be delayed up to 5 days in exceptional cases), 2 to 10 days for the Balearic Islands, and 2 to 10 days for Melilla and the Canary Islands.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as postal charges, and have a fixed price of €6 + VAT on the Peninsula, €15 + VAT for the Balearic Islands, and €35 + VAT for Melilla and the Canary Islands. 

IN-STORE PICKUP 

The In-Store Pickup option provides a more convenient way to collect your orders from Ambientadores ServiaromaShop. (Free service; No shipping costs or delays).

Products will be available for pickup at our facilities in Girona (Calle Costabona, 43, 17006 Girona) once the order has been placed and you have received a message informing you that it can be collected. It is necessary to present the "Order Sheet" (printed or in digital format), or show the email with the purchase confirmation in order to collect the merchandise.
